Busy spring schedules mean quick easy meals are a must. Lori, Grand Avenue Hy-Vee’s dietitian, recommends berries. Berries are naturally sweet and all you need to do is wash and eat.
Toss berries into a spinach salad along with leftover rotisserie chicken and your evening meal is complete.
Sprinkle berries on top of your morning cereal.
Sliced berries go great with cheddar cheese for an afternoon snack.
Mix berries into yogurt and milk in a smoothie for a meal on-the-go.
