1. Breakfast Taco:
1/4 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese on a whole grain tortilla. Add refried beans and black olives, if desired. Microwave 30 seconds; roll while warm. Dip in salsa. Serve with skim chocolate milk.
2. Breakfast Sandwich:
1 egg, 1 slice 2% cheddar cheese, 1 English muffin, Sandwich Thin or Bagel Thin and 2 teaspoons margarine.
3. Ham & Cheese Wrap-Up:
Wrap string cheese with low-sodium Di Lusso deli ham; wrap buttered whole grain bread around meat and cheese. Microwave 15 seconds, if desired. Serve with 1/2 cup 100% juice.
4. Grab & Go:
Banana, string cheese and granola bar.
Spread peanut butter and 1/3-less-fat Laughing Cow cream cheese over a warm whole grain mini-bagel. Serve with orange wedges.
